Tailored Care Plans

A highly detailed care planning system is operated based on a thorough pre placement assessment which is tailored to work with the service user based on their individual needs. We work with service users who need support with their mental health and learning disabilities. Due to their diagnosis, we recognise that some may have behavioural and emotional difficulties in addition to facing the challenges which come with having mental health and/or learning disabilities. For this reason, we provide an environment which is both safe and culturally sensitive. This will enable the service users to address issues pertinent to their specific needs as reflected in their individual Care Support Plans.
