Service users at Meraki HavenCare stay with us until they are ready to live independently and have the ability to care for themselves appropriately. We believe that working in partnership with a variety of professional services is key in assisting the individuals placed in our care to reach their full potential, which is what we aim for.
Those who stay with us at Meraki HavenCare are helped to develop their social skills through the group living experiences as well as involvement in community activities while encouraging them to feel part of the group and able to own and build on their experiences. This is achieved through group and individual discussions, sharing experiences, helping each person to respect one another and accepting responsibility for their actions and
providing therapeutic support as required. Our staff ensure that everyone is made aware that they are cared for and value through boundaries set within their safety and their presenting behaviours. Our team make it their mission to be consistent in supporting them.
